Everything. From the second 1 when we entered the door we were attended with much kindness and understanding, we did not understand by the language, each of the people who were in reception (young women very professional and competent). We arrived early and they left our bags in a very well organized room. They asked us if we had a hairdryer so that we could borrow one, since the bathroom does not have one. So that's a great idea, many times those in the bathroom are not easy to handle for combing their hair.. We were taking it from home because the page didn't say they had that service. we didn't have the corresponding adapter.. they also offered it to us at the reception.. ( we had been looking in the Canary Islands and Madrid, without result ). room was exactly the same as in the photos of the hotel. specified that it could, be noisy.. we arrived we had earplugs in each bed. we didn't use. We loved the room. excellent breakfast, with good products. space in reception very cozy.. Every day we sat down for a while before going out on the town.. the last day.. We left the room at 12 o'clock and our plane left at night, we could enjoy that space and bathroom that was in it (quite wide to change clothes even).
We have nothing to say, impossible to say when a hotel is excellent

Hotel Marta's central location made exploring Zurich so easy! I appreciated how accessible the common areas were. The decor was charmingly minimalistic.
More breakfast variety would be nice.

There was not a safe in the room for me to store my valuables. I could not sleep with the window open in fear of someone comming in.

I spent one night in a Small Double Room at Marta in Zurich, and I loved the location. Just a five-minute walk from Zurich HB train station. The area buzzing with shops and eateries made exploring easy. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but I found it quite noisy, especially at night. The hotel did provide ear plugs, which hints at how common this issue is. Breakfast was decent-enjoyed the coffee and pastries, but it could have benefited from more variety. A fridge in the room would have been a nice touch, especially for keeping drinks cool. I appreciated the accommodating staff who allowed me to store my luggage before check-in, but the check-in time at 3 PM was a bit inconvenient after a long flight.

Simple.
Roadside rooms are rather noisy. Breakfast is quite basic.

Location
My room was facing at a road at the back of the hotel and was very noisy, even with closed windows. Ask for a room at the front of the hotel, unless you don´t mind waking up every day at 6.30 am due to non- stop traffic noise.

Perfect location with friendly staff
The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the train station and many restaurants. The staff was friendly. They lent me a charger when I needed it and were always ready to help. One drawback was the breakfast variety. It could use a bit more selection to be perfect.

We were satisfied withHotel Marta It was one of the cheaper hotels in central Zurich so what we experienced was a very basic hotel .The rooms were very small but we got nice clean bedlinen and towels. The breakfast was canteen style, self service with a limited variety of food,no fresh fruit, but it was satisfactory. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. All in all we got value for our money in an expensive city like Zurich at the Hotel Marta.
